The Employment Center will be held Wednesday, January 8, 8:00 a.m –3:00 p.m., Thursday, January 9, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, January 10, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
3-day registration for Wednesday–Friday: US $500 for nonprofit/academia; $700 for small organizations (less than 1,500 employees); $1200 for midsize organizations (between 1,500 – 2,000 employees); $2500 for large organizations (2,000+ employees). While most of the tables will accommodate up to two interviewers, there will be a limited amount of tables that can accommodate up to six interviewers. The number of interviewers in attendance should be recorded on the registration form. Purchases can be made through December 18, 2024.
One Day Tables allow for on-site interviewing for one day. These tables can accommodate up to two interviewers. The fee is US $200 for nonprofit/academia; $300 for small organizations (less than 1,500 employees); $500 for midsize organizations (between 1,500 – 2,000 employees); $900 for large organizations (2,000+ employees).
After December 18, 2024, only One Day Tables will be available for purchase until January 10, 2025. Please note that if you purchase a table after December 18, your position may not be listed on the Employment Center webpage.
